a. We take private pay [please call for rates], Medicaid, and Private Insurance.

2. How do we know if we qualify for services?

a. A associate from our office will come out for a free initial assessment and walk you through the process as to if you qualify for assistance, how to utilize state programs and how you would benefit from Therapeutic Hands.

3. What areas do you cover?

Therapeutic Hands covers Dallas and all surrounding areas. Please call for specific cities

4. How fast is your response time?

a. Within 1 business day. There is also an on call manager available on weekends for any questions, comments or concerns.

5. Do you service clients on holidays?

a. Yes, Therapeutic Hands services clients 365 days a year.

6. Are your employees background checked?

a. Yes, through Federal, State and Dora background checks

7. Are your employees drug tested?

a. Yes, all of our employees are subject to pre-employment drug screens.

8. Are your employees trained?

a. Yes, our employees all go through training with a Registered Nurse. On top of initial training, continuing education is required for all employees throughout the year.
